Featured Job Executive Director @ The Exchange Club Family Center The Exchange Club Family Center was founded in 1984 with a staff of three, and has since grown to a staff of 35 with an annual budget of over $2 million. This non-profit organization  is dedicated to breaking the cycle of family violence and child abuse. It seeks a dynamic individual who believes in its mission and is qualified to assume a leadership role in fostering organizational growth. The full-time Executive Director manages a team of over 40 employees and provides oversight to an active intern program. The Center has over 20 programs and $2,500,000 budget. Key job duties include: Set the strategic vision for the Center and ensure its implementation. Oversee administrative procedures to maintain fiscal accountability, equitable personnel practices, efficient office management and attainment of management objectives. Develop, implement, and evaluate an annual operations plan, programs and budget. Serve as head of Leadership Team, and provide ongoing coaching for existing staff.
